DHANAK
WHAT IS DHANAK
DHANAK is DPS Whitefield’s annual art festival organized by the design and visual arts departments. This is the fifth edition of DHANAK, being held from the 17th to the 19th of August, 2023.
DHANAK provides a platform for budding artists and students to showcase their talent and creativity through art. We also aim to help artisans and entrepreneurs exhibit their products and skills through an exhibition taking place on the 19th of August, 2023.
Our theme for this year’s fest is ‘The Elements of Design’. The elements of design are the fundamental aspects of any design which include- shape, color, space, form, line, value, and texture. Designers use the elements of design to create an image that can convey a certain mood or evoke a myriad of feelings in an individual.
